I am 16 and have loved to cook since i was 6. But that also lead me to eating unhealthy. I love the beach and love to read books. I am 283 pounds 6'1. My doctor recommended me to this site and program because he was doing it. So i got it and now i am going to start and try it Tomorrow September 14, 2009.
