Hi! My name is Kara and I live in a small town in Arizona called Florence. I'm 27 yrs old and have an 11 year old son who's name is Damian. I am a Administrative Secretary/Timekeeper and I've been a member of Wowy since September 2006. Since I started working full time, I gained a lot of weight and decided it was about time to do something about it. I workout with Turbo Jam and have had a lot of success as far as seeing definition, but my weight isn't going anywhere. I'm stuck at 163, 23 lbs more than where I want to be. I'm not sure what more I can do to get my weight number down. I eat right, exercise 4 days a week and nothing's happening. If anyone has any suggestions for me please let me know.

Transformation story

I started with Turbo Jam/Wowy on September 8, 2006. In my first 10 workouts I lost a total of 7". From Sept 2006 to October 2006 the grand total was 9.5 inches lost. After that I continued to work out 3 to 4 times a week, but was beginning to gain weight and was getting really frustrated, but I eventually realized that all that was happening was that I was gaining muscle. I gained a total of 7 lbs from November to January. From the last week of January to 2/5/07 I lost 2 lbs. Unfortunately after that my work outs got fewer and fewer and eventually it was like once a week, then ever 2 weeks and so on until eventually I just stopped working out all together. I haven't checked my weight since February of 2008. I stopped for various reasons, but I'm not gonna get into all that and bore you guys. I've now decided to get back into my work out routine, and I will be started as soon as I receive the Slimming Formula pills that I just ordered. I'm hoping that this time I'll stay with it. Right now my goal is to lose 5 to 10 pounds and go from there. We will see what happens. I'll keep you all posted. =)
