I am a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Counselor and a AP First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor. I am married to the kindest person I have ever met and we have 9 year old triplets, one of which has Cerebral Palsy, and a 7 year old. All Boys!! I spent many years in bodybuilding and training others for competition. I have taught countless bootcamps and strength training classes and have loved every minute of it. I currently own a fitness and nutrition company with my big sister and teach about 20 classes per week thus far. Madd Swede Fitness.....
I have had my own dragons to slay along the path to health and fitness and have conquered many of them with the inspiring material put out by this phenomenon called Beachbody!!!
