22Oct09-I am on day 4 of SI6. I was suprised how out of breath I was doing the SIU DVD for the first time on Monday. I'm getting better and plan on sticking with SIU a couple more days before I advance to the 60 min DVD. Thus far I like SI6 bc the moves are easy to follow and doable and at a point where I'm probably in the worst shape of my life I am able to do this work out! My starting weight is 158 when I weighed in on Monday 19Oct09.
