I have been on the P90 program, started on March 8, 2008.
My hope is to continue workouts with WOWY, but being on the road has kept me out of there for a while. My family has demanded more time taking camping trips and this has been great for us.
My goals are simple: keep moving, keep having fun, keep my brain working, and laugh a lot.

This will be more about stress relief and accountability to my personal need for "me" time in a very busy, "others" oriented time.
I am glad Beachbody is here, with such good tools to help me out.

Having begun with Beachbody very tentatively in 2007, I was not skilled with the workout formats and trainers on the DVDs here. I purchased the Great Body Guaranteed, and Tony Horton's Ho Ala Ke More ...
Having begun with Beachbody very tentatively in 2007, I was not skilled with the workout formats and trainers on the DVDs here. I purchased the Great Body Guaranteed, and Tony Horton's Ho Ala Ke Kino, and just tried to master the techniques, supplementing with my own 10K training plan.
Moved on to use 10 minute Trainer while a busy working parent and full time student. Bought some other workouts from Beachbody, like Yoga Booty Ballet, to lighten up things. I purchased P90X before realizing the level of intensity that was required, and it sits on the shelf still. That is the next challenge for my story.
I am currently finishing my P90 program, having seen some loss of inches and weight; but many days I have had to go back to 10 minute trainer workouts due to work demands.
I do feel more fit, and more ready to "graduate" to the P90X program, set to begin early June 2009. The changes in lifestyle are affecting my outlook in so many ways. I don't mind getting up early to get the workout done, that is a big change for me. I look forward to that push play time.
But this work in progress is still to unfold, as goals for the next plan are set. I believe many more things will change.
