My name is Kathryn, I'm 31 years old, and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado. I have been married now for eight wonderful years to my best friend! I have lived in Ohio for 5 years now, and am very happy with my life.

I first started Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam in January of 2007, and can honestly say it was the best thing I've done for myself! I was so depressed about how I looked all my life, I was teased all through my childhood and teen years by being too tall and overweight. So to hide my sadness, I ate. . . and ate. After high school, I really got serious about losing weight and eating right, and of course nothing worked for me, mostly because I never looked forward to going to a gym with beautiful, skinny people. So, I gave up after about eight months, and went back to my usual ways.
Now twelve years later, I've never felt better! I started 'Turbo Jammin' over a year ago, and could never imagine life without it. When I first saw the infomercial, I got a little teary-eyed because I thought, 'wow this could actually work for me'! When I got my package in the mail, I started the following Monday. I went shopping for the foods that were in the menus provided, and went out and bought new work-out clothes, and I was ready! I do have to admit, it was very hard to give up those so-called yummy foods, but I promised myself that I would try harder than I've ever tried before, but after about five weeks, I no longer craved sweets, I wanted fruits and veggies, and those delicious protein shakes that I look forward to after my work-outs!
It's been over a year now, and I've lost 31 pounds and 13% body fat, and went from a size 12-14 to a size 4!! I'm 5'10", and went from 166 pounds to 135. I am toned and trim and looking good! My schedule is very busy, so I have to make time for ME. I wake up at 4:15am so I'm working out by 4:30 five days a week - four week days and Saturdays. Yes, it is hard at times, but soooo worth it!
I just want to tell everybody, if I can do it, so can you!!
I am forever thankful to Chalene!!
