Here I am again. I tried last year and the year before and the year before to loose weight and tone up. Approximately 10-12 years ago I just started packing on the pounds, and every winter I work on loosing the weight, then don't see the results and start to loose my motivation. Then I slowly gain back all that I have lost plus 10 lbs, each year. So that by the next winter, I finally get reved up

Just 2 weeks and my body looks so much different, even though the scale may not show the transformation. I have gained an inch in my arms, and lost an inch in my chest. My tummy just feels like it is going down even though my waist is unchanged. Now as far as eating, I honestly am having difficulty eating everything that I am - I am full - that never happens - WOW
