Hurricane, UT Well, I am here because I became tired of being overweight. I was so tired all of the time, no wait, EXHAUSTED all of the time, my weight was affecting my knees and I was constantly craving sweets. When I was younger, I was always thin (gotta love youth), whenever I thought I was overweight I was a size 8. I haven't been a size 8 in about 10 years. I was married at 27 and started to gain Well, I am here because I became tired of being overweight. I was so tired all of the time, no wait, EXHAUSTED all of the time, my weight was affecting my knees and I was constantly craving sweets. When I was younger, I was always thin (gotta love youth), whenever I thought I was overweight I was a size 8. I haven't been a size 8 in about 10 years. I was married at 27 and started to gain weight as I was exercising less, making dinners, and getting older. I went from 120 to 140 in a couple of years, then I became pregnant at 30 and gained 70 pounds. After the baby, I really watched what I ate and lost all the pregnancy weight, but was only able to get down to 135. My 30's were stressful and I was definitely getting less exercise and so the weight crept back on, I became a size 12/14 and could never seem to get back down. I was very inconsistent with my exercise and eating habits. I started Turbo Jam and began losing weight, I had lost about 15 pounds and then became pregnant at 39!!! So I gained the weight again and now weigh 196. I am a size 18 (I never thought I would see the day). That was my wake-up call. On May 11 of this year I began hitting Turbo Jam hard again. I have lost 16 pounds in less than 2 months and a ton of inches. I have gone from no energy and not being able to finish the workout to completely finishing the workout and having tons of energy to do everything I need to do to take care of my family. I LOVE Beachbody and Chalene! I love that it is not a quick fix, but that it is a lifestyle choice and can be life changing. I am viewing food differently and honestly look forward to my workout every morning. It is so motivating to see these results, I am looking forward to the next 2 months to see what other changes are going to occur with my body. I also signed up to be a coach . . . how could you not be motivated to share your success with others, helping them out of their own rut? This isn't just weight loss, it's transformation . . . you just have to hit play.
