I decided to join this community on a whim. I spent five years in an incredibly abusive relationship. I lived in fear and knew one day I would end up a statistic. Shortly after I had my amazing son, I fled. I packed as much of his stuff I could carry and we left in the wee hours of the morning.

I came back to the East Coast to be around my family and heal. I was suffering from night terrors, depression, severe ptsd, and was in a really dark place. And then I saw Shaun T. I fell in love with Insanity as soon as I found the infomercial. The women were so strong and confident, Shaun T was such a motivation.


I loved it from Day 1. A month in, I noticed I was eating and sleeping better. I found I became a more active mom and was generally a happy person. For the first time in more than five years, I felt like I was getting my life back.


I have done Turbofire and recently decided to embark on a journey with Mr. Tony Horton. This community, my coach and fellow coaches... have been such an inspiration and support system. I feel like as cliche as it sounds, that we're all a family here. Everyone is here to encourage you, every step of your journey.


Beachbody is about becoming the best you that you can be. It's about pushing yourself, digging within you, to find out things you never knew were there.


I am strong. I am motivated. I am a powerhouse. This community has been there every step of my journey. It's time for me to give back.
