I grew up in sports and never worried about getting exercise or eating right. I ate whatever I wanted and it worked for me. I was always around 140 pounds. When I stopped playing water polo, I put on 25 pounds, then lost some and maintained around 155. I was confortable at that size and slowly lost my muscle and motivation to look good over the years. When I had my daughter in July 2010, I had only put on 30 pounds throughout the whole pregnancy. Afterward, however... I didn't lose a single pound!!! I gained... and gained... and gained some more when she stopped breastfeeding. I hated looking in the mirror and hate that none of my clothes fit. I only wear sweats, leggings, and dresses since I won't buy new clothes and refuse to stay this size any longer. I started my journey back to "fit" on May 1, 2011. My journey begins at 212 pounds. My journey ends at maintaining 130- 135. For now, I'm somewhere in the middle... 2 weeks into it, I'm 205. With regular cardio workouts and now ChaLEAN Extreme, I WILL get to my goals!!! :)
