We are still sitting at 3 a More ... 05/17/10 OK I have been doin it 1/2 way for a few months now- 1 or 2xs a week- TURBO JAMS andSHAKEOLOGY 30 or 50 ( with a few partial ab ripper X thrown in there for core trimming.)
