Kalaheo, HI Aloha! Thanks for visiting my Team Beachbody website. My name is Susan Lang and I live on the island of Kauai with my wonderful husband of 22 years and one of our three kids...two are off at college (YAY...and ARRGGHH).

My name is Susan Lang and I live on the island of Kauai with my wonderful husband of 22 years and one of our three kids...two are off at college (YAY...and ARRGGHH).
Here's the deal: Beachbody insists on calling me a "coach" because I love their products and I love to share with others how they've helped me. But honestly, I'm no coach. I'm more of a cheeleader! And no, I don't have a perfect body and I'm not a health food junkie. I'm definitely not a fitness expert and I'm not a nutritionist or dietician. I do love to eat and I love the way I feel after a good work out...period. Being physically fit just makes life so much easier (the housework, yardwork - I even have more stamina at work work). Not to mention the confidence and attitude boost a good workout gives me! I know what a daunting task it is to commit to (and a struggle it is to stick) with a health and fitness routine. Let me cheer you on, give you encouragement and be someone who you can talk to on your road to what ever your fitness goals may be.
Like Tony Horton says, "variety is the spice of life"! I've done Turbo Jam, Power 90, P90X, INSANITY, Yoga Booty Ballet, Hip Hop Abs, ChaLEAN Extreme and Brazil Butt Lift. The variety is awesome and I love to switch it up (depending on my mood).

It has not been easy...I just keep showing up and pushing play! And of course, doing my best and forgetting the rest! One more week to go...can't believe I did it!
