Aloha everyone my name is Ridge Kauwiki Mendoza Kaleikini and i am 20 years old, i am from the islands of Oahu, Hawaii but now am living in Las Vegas to become a Chef. I am an active weight lifter. Being a cook is a wonderful thing to do but eating lots of it made me obese i was about 200 lbs about a year ago now i am at a weight i like 155 lbs lean muscle. Ever sice I was little i was always over weight i played baseball, dance, and other activities but i was still over weight. I didn't like it because i was lazy, i ate junck food, out of breath while More ...
Ever sice I was little i was always over weight i played baseball, dance, and other activities but i was still over weight. I didn't like it because i was lazy, i ate junck food, out of breath while running, always getting teased because of my weight, did like the way i looked or felt, never took my shirt off when im going to the beach. So when i turned 19 and i was living in vegas i just wanted a new start in life and a new image. Thats when things had to change started watching what i ate, did lots of cardio, just changed my whole life around, after baseball was done i just keep eating and cooking but i watched what i ate how much i ate, so the gym was my field i train hard everyday and always have a positive outlook on life so everyone knows how one person can change alot in not just their lives but in everyones life. I also always pray to god not only to nurish my body and give my the strenght to live life but i pray for everyone to have the same nurishment, strenght, love, and praise that i have.
