Hi! Thanks for stopping by kazumiyes. At the age of 40, I gave birth to my beloved twin boys. I started my fitness journey after their birth back in 2004. I fell in love with Turbo Kick. I felt myself getting stronger and I finally started feeling better about myelf. At my age, I never thought I could become a fitness instructor. I now teach Turbo Kick, PiYo, Zumba, Drums Alive and Yoga. I

From the age of 35-40, I hit a pateau. I could not loose any weight. I wasn't eating healthy which is probably a big reason the weight was not coming off. I became pregnant when I turned 40. At my age, I was not allowed to continue any type of exercise, so it was even harder for me to maintain any level of fitness. As soon as I gave birth, I waited seven weeks to go back to the gym. At this point, I was on a mission. I was determined to get in the best shape of my life. I focused on eating healthier and setting a regular workout schedule. I started to notice my body change and I was motivated to continue on this path. After discovering Turbo Kick, I lost all my weight in six months! I also did ChaLEAN EXTREME and that helped me understand the importance of liftining HEAVY weights to build muscle and burn fat. Today, I'm stronger and healthier than ever. My journey has become a new lifestyle. I look younger, feel stronger and I am so much happier!
