A former sprinter/all around athlete in highschool, I fell out of shape through college. I tried to maintain my fitness level, but injured my shoulder a few times. The first was from lifting too much weight in the gym. The second was snowboarding - dislocation - and that led to my second dislocation while skydiving. My future plan is to finish 90 days of this program and then modify it as I need to stay fit. I want to be a sprinter and run under 21s in the 200 and under 50s in the 400.
