I am a 39-year old, married, mother of 3 who has always struggled with my weight. In the course of this struggle I have always exercised and tried to watch what I ate but had disappointing results. Over the last 2 years, however, I began lifting weights and running and have made some headway in my struggle. I am now, however, ready to move to the next level and began my P90X journey today. I

I am a 39-year old, married, mother of 3 who has always struggled with my weight. In the course of this struggle I have always exercised and tried to watch what I ate but had disappointing results. Over the last 2 years, however, I began lifting weights and running and have made some headway in my struggle. I am now, however, ready to move to the next level and began my P90X journey today. I should finish the program a few weeks shy of my 40th birthday and intend to be in the best shape of my life. My birthday gift to myself!
