I am a 26 year old ex-college wrestler from Tulsa Oklahoma. I went into a lazy funk after my wrestling career ended and can't seem to get motivated to get back into shape anymore. I have a child on the way (November '09) and am looking to get back into shape and increase my energy for the child. I am starting the p90x program in 2 weeks and am fully dedicated to getting full results from it. I

My life was stressful and only getting worse. I spent 18 years of my life as a top level competiting wrestler. I wrestled in college and was always in GREAT shape. Then my wrestling career ended and so did me working out. I just didn't know what to do and was lost without the sport. So, I spent 3 years completely ruining my body in every way. I wanted to eat all the foods that I never got to eat and I caught up quickly. My cholesterol jumped completely up and I knew I was going to cause some serious damage if I didn't change. Then I found out that I was going to be a father. Which was a huge stressful surprise since we had discussed never having kids. It's going to be a boy and due on November 16th 2009. I want to be a better role model for my child and I want to be an active father. Things like camping and all sports like events will be tough at my current condition, so the time to change has come. I will be staying strict to the nutrition guide and "Bringing It" everyday!
