Hi!! my name is kenisha and i started p90x on oct 1ST, i hate it but i love it. i'm still trying to do some of the yoga moves which i hate, and some of the ab moves. i guess those are my weak areas, but i'm still working at it. over the past 8 months i gained 16 pounds and i'm trying to get fit. i also lost my diet book, so does anyone no what u should or shouldn't eat to get the best results? and
