I went home for Easter and when I got back home I was 182 lbs. I had never weighed that much before and it was starting not to look good. I have had big muscles in my legs in very defined arms for as long as I can remember. When I used to look in the mirror or fill out forms that asked how I was built as athletically built. I was now looking at myself and not feeling good at all. I was felling bad. I started faking a workout and barely doing anything, but i was eating better. I still lost like 8 lbs so then I remebered that I loved the cardio core dvd I had so i started doing that and walking. Slowly but surely I have lost about 20 lbs with about 1 hour of cardio a day. I am eating better and I have tried to make this a lifestyle change instead of a diet or exercise program. Its working for me and I really feel good.
