I am a proud wife and mother of two. My son and daughter keep me very busy. I grew up loving and was active in sports, unfortunately my body could not keep up with my passion. I am a proud wife and mother of two. My son and daughter keep me very busy. I grew up loving and was active in sports, unfortunately my body could not keep up with my passion. During high school I had to have surgery on both knees. This kept me out of competitive sports and searching for fitness alternatives. I have always had an interest and love of fitness, though not many things kept my attention..That was until I found P90x and a great friend willing to come on the challenge with me. During that experience I found out how much joy it brings to share in the success and struggles of keeping motivated on our fitness journey. With this program, I realized what I was missing...VARIETY... This was a great introduction to different exercise styles that brought benefit and success. I am currently a group fitness instructor and love bringing what I have learned from Beachbody to the class.
