Well, I took the plunge. Bought the Power 90 DVD set and today was the first
day. Tougher than I thought! (Or am I in worse shape than I thought??)

Living here in Salt Lake City, UT, single, gay guy who has been going to the
gym for years now with mixed success. I really would like to lead a healthier
lifestyle and get the body I've been wanting for years.

5/4/07 Feeling good! Pants are looser and the temptation is there to be
satisfied with the results after just two weeks. Not stopping!

5/13/07 About 3 weeks in and I've lost 2 More ...

satisfied with the results after just two weeks. Not stopping!

5/13/07 About 3 weeks in and I've lost 2 inches on both hips and waist. Wow.
Also lost about 8 pounds! I like the results and my diet is changing for the
better...even craving healthier things.
