Where do I begin…ok I guess at the beginning. As a child and teenager I have always been a very active individual. I ran track since I was about 8 years old, just about all year long. Also during those years until I was 18, I simultaneously played basketball, took dances classes (ballet, tap and jazz), and was an all star cheerleader. My objective is to teach myself how live an overall healthy life, filled with many years of living and great memories and experiences. With a 1 year old (and with others to possibly come), I want to be that active, long living, mom that is able to participate in my child’s life ( be the embarrassing one running with the whistle…lol). Losing weight, by exercising and improving eating habits will allow for me to this by cleaning out or reducing all the harmful fats, cholesterol, toxins, in my body and building up lean muscle mass. Ultimately creating a lean, mean fat burning mommy machine.
