I have just begun phase 3 of P90X and things are going well. My wife and I are adapting and altering our nutrition on an almost daily basis. I have enjoyed this program more than any other workout I More ...
I have just begun phase 3 of P90X and things are going well. My wife and I are adapting and altering our nutrition on an almost daily basis. I have enjoyed this program more than any other workout I have tried. I am in the best shape of my life already and I still have 30 days to go. I can't wait to bring it every day.

To date I have lost 46 pounds and I continue to push for those elusie abs of steel.
