This is my last year in my 20's.... and I look back and realize I have lived a fast paced life up until this year. I have slowed down since December 1st of last year. I make more time to work out and spend more quality time with friends verses meeting them at the bar or clubs. This is my 3rd attempt at quiting smoking, and finally I have succeeded. I started out at 151 lbs on December 1st 2006. I saw the pictures from puerto vallarta and realized that I have never been that heavy ever in my life. So here I am 20 something lbs lighter, and a non smoker finally after 16 years! My before pic was taken in P.V. on November 25 2006. (My current photo was taken 7-21-07... sorry so blurry! I don't know how to download pics from my digital.. so I stick with my camera phone) About a week later I started doing Slim in 6, after awhile I needed something more challenging. So on April 21st 2007 I started power 90. And have loved every day of it! I could honestly say I am addicted to power 90. Have not missed a work out yet. After Power 90 I did a round of P90X. Now I am trying something new... Turbo Jam.. it is more fun than Power 90! My weight has always fluxuated over the years. I've started workout programs, but after 2 months of it I would lose interest and stop. This is the longest I have ever stuck to any workout routine, and I plan to stick to it for life.
