More statistics| keli328 I am starting the Chalean Extreme program on Feb. 2nd with my coach Kim at AOK. I hope to lose weight and lower my ridiculously high body fat percentage. I have always worked out consistently but was not seeing any weight loss with my routine. I have decided to try this program to hopefully push through any plateaus and to build muscle to increase my metabolism. I am also following the Balanced My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story
Just started Chalean Extreme 2/09, so will post results in 30 day increments.
