North Sioux City, SD I am in my last year of my 20 somethings and I want to be in the best shape of my life going to my 30's! I was never very active as a teenager or early 20's, but around 24 or so I started running and before I knew it I now have about 8 or 9 1/2 marathons, 5 triathlons, and as of last year my first full marathon under my belt! I want to step it up a notch, I really want to compete in a figure I am in my last year of my 20 somethings and I want to be in the best shape of my life going to my 30's! I want to step it up a notch, I really want to compete in a figure compitition in the next 6 months. I'm looking for any help that I can get! I have two children, ages 5 and 3, so I stay busy with them. One of the best things I have found with kids are the beachbody workouts! I love how I can do them at home!

I want to step it up a notch, I really want to compete in a figure compitition in the next 6 months. I'm looking for any help that I can get! I have completed the p90x, althoughI have to admit, I wasn't as faithful as I should have been. I worked out with it at least 4 days a week, but not like I should have. And my eating habits, well they could use some improvements! I now just started the turbo jam, along with my training for another half marathon, and changed my eating habit, in just 8 days I lost 6 of those last stubborn 10!
