SO here is an update as of June 2011. I have not been on beachbody for quite a long time. I have two kids: Samantha is almost 3 and Makayla is 5 months and they keep me really busy. I have struggled with my weight since I had Samantha since I have been on and off of prednisone since then for my colitis and it makes me incredibly hungry and causes a lot of water retention. I did P90 and lost 22 pounds and a lot of inches. I then continued with PHH and added some P90 sweat in there every once in awhile. I then decided to try out another round of P90 but got bored after More ...
I did P90 and lost 22 pounds and a lot of inches. I then continued with PHH and added some P90 sweat in there every once in awhile. I then decided to try out another round of P90 but got bored after day 15. I could not get myself motivated to continue. I finished five weeks of P:U and took a break from it to do another round of PHH. I have not felt this good in a long time. I am not as motivated as I was with P90 but plan to keep up the results and hopefully loose more weight in my thighs. That is the new target area. Plan to keep it up! I jammed with Turbo Jam! It was a lot of fun but I was struggling with results since my life was getting so busy and I could manage workouts 4 days a week Thursday through Sunday. I then continued with the MS. Absolutely loved it and was able to workout for about 4 weeks until I injured myself in March. I had to stop working out and start going to PT which if those of you that have gone before, know there is really no true workout there.. I got the okay to start the workouts again at 3 days a week in December which is really exciting for me. I unfortunately do not look as lovely as that picture above at the moment but that picture is definitely my motivation to get back. I was at 163 when I started in December and will see where I have gotten to in a few weeks. That was about 5 years ago in 2006 and now I am ready to do it again.
