Well, as for me, I wanted to develop a better relationship with food and exercise. The first step...was to admit...I had a challenge!! Like many of you, I over ate and didnt consistently exercise. Lack of discipline led to weight gain, lack of energy and not feeling my best. I totally lacked self control. Well, I have made so much progress! I now think about food before i eat it. I chose to put better and less food in my body! My goal is to continue to improve!! This is not a "lets lose weight NOW" plan. This is a life transformation!! I will not turn back.
Initially when I joined as a BB coach, it was really about the financial increase. But as I started to connect with the community, I realized I had to change and become accountable to my team and customers. Being a BB coach is a great way to stay accountable and "pay it forward" to help others transform their inner and outer selves!!
I encourage you to make healthy living and weight management a lifestyle. Everything is about "choice". When we make better choices, change will happen. Stop overeating, become active, get more rest, stop depending on medication, know that you can have and deserve the best!! You dont have to accept illness, lack or pain!! It is up to you!! Make a choice to redefine your relationship with food, exercise, and self control!! I am hear to help you on your journey!! But, remember it is all our responsibility to "pay it forward". You can help more people along the way...
