I used to workout to bulk up for rugby, but after the season I fell off of the wagon. So now I am doing P90X and getting back out there! It is somewhat of a challenge to eat healthy since I am in high school but I am doing my best. Health and fitness is my passion.

I fell off of the wagon during the summer after rugby season and I had a unhealthy summer. My usual bedtime was about 4 A.M. and then i Slept till 1. This was just horrible. So in the middle of August I decided I need to get back up off of my butt and start working out again. I thought I would try a different type of training, so I got P90X! The first day, I threw up. A little disgusting but completely worth it. I knew that Tony had me in for it, and I haven't felt that good in quite some time. So now, back into school, I still push play, do my best, forget the rest, and BRING IT!
