Just getting started, but did the 2-day fast and went from 211.5 down to 202 in the two days before getting started with Power 90. Completed the 6-Day Fat Burning Express diet during the first week while working out to Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100. Using a custom meal plan from the MDB site now and loving the diet! Added Sculpt 1-2 into the routine this week and excited about building strength and toning up my body!
