More statistics| kevinremer Midland, MI I'm 33 years old, and was in great shape while in the military. I'm 6'1", and at my best, I was 220 lbs with very low body fat. Fast forward to 8 years later, and between working a normal job and being a full-time civilian again, I gained quite a bit of weight. I was up to 270 lbs in August of 2011, but as of September 2012, I'm down to 215.
