I seen my first infomercial for P90 in May of 2002 and I knew I had to have it! I made great progress and my body started to change dramatically. I got very comfortable with where I was at and let life get in the way. Since my first go at P90 I have started/stopped the program several times. I've made attempts at Slim in 6, Slim Series, Turbo Jam, Project You, and Hip Hop Abs only to stop/start again and again. Everytime I made progress it seems something sets me back. 2006 and 2007 have been tough years. I had a miscarriage that led to about a 20 lb. weight gain with the depression. In January 2007 I hit the floor running with great results right out of the gate. Once again I was sidelined with a mystery illness that landed me in the hospital. The doctors have no answers for me. I've started working with an herbalist/nutritionist to try and figure out the cause...leaning towards food allergies. Although I've had set backs I'm not giving up! Since January 1, 2007 I have lost 11.2 lbs and 20.75 inches off my body!!! My body fat has dropped 8%!!! It's been a struggle but I know that I can and WILL get there with the help from all my beachbody friends and the wonderful workouts that I have purchased through the years!!
