I started working out when I was 20 and weighed in at 199 pounds (I'm 5'6"). My family was discouraging in helping me to lose weight, and so I decided to pursue it on my own. I would work out before work every morning for one hour. Even with my two pregnancies I continued working out and was able to come home after delivery in my pre-pregnancy clothes. I have been an exercise buff for 20+ years now. In May 2009 I decided to spread my wings to Chalene Extreme, and boy was I surprised.
