I started at 172 lbs and started weight training in Feb 2007. I was able to lose 10 lbs...in October of 2008, I decided to teach group exercise, and by eating cleaner and adding the 2 Zumba classes a More ...
I started at 172 lbs and started weight training in Feb 2007. I was able to lose 10 lbs...in October of 2008, I decided to teach group exercise, and by eating cleaner and adding the 2 Zumba classes a week, I was able to get down to 145 lbs by January of 2009. Now I actually gained 5 lbs...I am now teaching 6 classes a week....I have to be more vigilant on my eating so hopefully this will kick start losing the last 25 lbs.
