I’ve never been what one would consider athletic, but I’ve exercised regularly without any real purpose other than to lose weight quickly (mostly cardio; not much with weights).

I see the error of my ways and am ready to make a permanent lifestyle change and stop yo-yo dieting. This is the first time I’ve been on a fitness quest instead of a weight loss program and I’m loving it!
