Hello, my name is Kim and I reside in Long Island, New York. I started p90x with my husband back in July of 2009. The results have been fantastic. I have always been moderately active, going to the gym and exercising, until basically I just stopped. Then one day I woke up and realized that I have to do something. I was miserable. No one wants to start their day off depressed and not wanting to go out anywhere or do anything. I needed something to change my life and I found it. I have to say, I was skeptical, after all I went to the gym and did all the diets you can imagine with no results. What makes this one different? For one thing it's fun! Despite my doubts, I started p90x with my husband and committed 100% to the workout and eating clean. Well, the results have been amazing. It is not just the physical changes, but the way I look at life and myself. This program has inspired me in ways I could not have imagined. I am stronger physically and emotionally due to the program. I look forward to helping others achieve the same goals.
