I am currently at 175 lbs at 5'3" tall. My goal is to lose 45-50 lbs and maintain it! When I graduated from High School 15 years ago I was 135 lbs and in the best shape of my life! As father time pushed through season after season, so did my weight and here is where I am now. Don't get it twisted, I'm not looking for a pity party. I just want to get right and enjoy doing so.

I do understand that this will be a challenge and perhaps a bit difficult but I am very optimistic that I can achieve my goal and feel good about doing it!
