It started one day when I looked in the mirror and was not happy with who
was looking back at me. I started with changing my eating habits. With just
watching what I ate and how much I ate, I was able to lose 30 pounds. I was
starting to feel a bit better about myself. Then I saw the infomercial for Turbo
Jam and thought, "hey that looks like fun." I decided to buy the program and
the rest is history. Once I started Turbo Jam I was hooked. I loved the
program and since it was so much fun I did it all the time. The result was the
loss of another 40 pounds. I have been able to keep the weight off for 2 years
now. I have expanded my collection of workout DVDs to include Project You,
Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs, and Yoga Booty Ballet. If you decide and commit, you
will succeed!
