I was overweight most of my life despite being active. I finally decided that I needed to really take my exercise and nutrition seriously. After I made the commitment to exercise regularly and eat a well-balanced healthy diet, I realized the ultimate benefits - improved mind, body, and soul! I now look forward to my workouts and see them as "me time" and am not happy when something gets in the way of my workouts.
Because I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, I think that I can relate to those of you who are just getting started on the path to healthy living – this is what makes me a good coach. I needed a swift kick to get going and now that I am moving, there is no stopping me. I want to be there to help you be the best you you can be – NO EXCUSES. You are not too old, you are not too out of shape, you are not too overweight and you are not too uncoordinated – those are excuses and they need to be banished from your thoughts. I want to help you and am committed to helping you find what works for you so that you stay on your fitness path.
Here is how to start: 1. Make the commitment to change your life TODAY. The Beachbody programs are amazing and I am positive there is one that will fit you. Once you decide, you must commit to hit play. Once you do that, you are on your way to a strong, healthy you!! You can purchase the videos right through this site – simply click on the “Shop” button above. If you are a club member you will save 10% and if you are a coach, you will save 25%.
2. Decide when you are going to workout and LOG onto WOWY.com and become accountable to yourself, other fitness friends, and your coach (me) every time you workout. By logging onto WOWY each time you workout, you are entered for a chance to win great prizes. You could win up to $1,000 just for working out if you are club member – how great is that???

It started one day when I looked in the mirror and was not happy with who was looking back at me. I started with changing my eating habits. With just watching what I ate and how much I ate, I was able to lose 30 pounds. I was starting to feel a bit better about myself. Then I saw the infomercial for Turbo Jam and thought, "hey that looks like fun." I decided to buy the program and the rest is history. Once I started Turbo Jam I was hooked. I loved the program and since it was so much fun I did it all the time. The result was the loss of another 40 pounds. I have been able to keep the weight off for 2 years now. I have expanded my collection of workout DVDs to include Project You, Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs, and Yoga Booty Ballet. If you decide and commit, you will succeed!
