Since the birth of my last child, my body isn't bouncing back to the way it was before quite as easily. I had about 5 pounds leftover from my previous pregnancy, and an additional 3 pounds left over from this time around. No matter how many sit ups I do, my midsection is still "soft". I'm hoping to get back to that pre-baby weight, and I would love to feel confident in a bikini by this summer.
