More statistics| kindcoach Growing up, I was a high level gymnast and worked out up to 25 hours per week. I have always tried to eat somewhat healthy and workout. When I got married and started a family, my workouts went to the backburner. Luckily, I haven't gained a bunch of weight but I have lost all of my tone.
