I was at my heaviest at about 200 lbs approx. 7 years ago. I started with my step/bench training to get my cardio workouts and at that point in time, was painfully difficult and I have continued to work out, over the years. I have gained back about 20 lbs, as I abandoned my usual routine of 5-6 days per week to 3-4 days per month, due to personal issues, about 1-2 years ago, but have gotten back into my routine, with more determination to keep moving and stay healthy. I am not looking at getting into a size 0, but am needing to stay healthy for me and my family. So here's to hard work and determination to keep focused and on track.
