I am in my mid 20s and am new to Team Beachbody. I am excited to begin a new work out program, beginning with ChaLEAN Extreme and incorporating Shakeology into my diet. I hope that by connecting with people through Team Beachbody I will be able to reach my own goals as well as help you reach yours!

I've never been a person who enjoyed working out. Going to the gym always made me feel like I was in a fishbowl and on display for everyone to see. I never was a fan of treadmills or ellipticals More ...
I've never been a person who enjoyed working out. Going to the gym always made me feel like I was in a fishbowl and on display for everyone to see. I never was a fan of treadmills or ellipticals much, as I feel like hamster on a wheel when I use one, haha. But, I enjoyed group fitness classes like Zumba, kick boxing, weight training.

I've always been a relatively slim person, but over the course of a year I watched myself gain about 25 pounds, up from 120 to about 145...the highest weight I have ever been. I felt lumpy, jiggly, out of shape and unattractive. All that weight sat around my middle, but I found no motivation to really get myself into a gym, as they weren't close to where I lived or worked, and with my schedule it was (I know, this sounds ridiculous) hard to find the time to go work out.

That's when I found Beachbody. After really examining a picture of myself from the summer (see my before) I cringed. I decided to do something about it. I heard great things about Beachbody programs and decided to try to them out. I tried ChaLEAN Extreme and fell IN LOVE. She mixes cardio and strength into the workouts, and they are short and sweet...perfect for a working girl with a packed schedule! Combining my workouts with Shakeology, I managed to lose most of the 20 lbs, plus gain a little muscle!

I still am not completely at my fitness goals yet, I would like to tone up and concentrate on my abs, but overall I am a lot happier with my appearance, and that has done wonders for my confidence. I am so happy I found these great products!
