I am 50 years old, married to a wonderful man and had purchased Slim in 6 a while back. I did use it faithfully and saw results.. then I met my now husband and got involved in other things. I also, unfortunately lost my job and was out of work and depressed.

However, I am back in the positive thinking mode with help from my now husband, Jim and a host of other motivational leaders that are helping my attitude and giving me the courage and help to turn my life around.

My goal is to improve my attitude, health and body image and my goal date to get into better shape and lose 40+ lbs in 2011. I am sure I can do it and know that the message boards here will help me to achieve my goal. I have a lot of great friends on the boards which really keep me motivated. I am using a combination of programs, Turbo Jam, Insanity, and other programs to keep going. I like mixing things up.

well as some others because I get bored and frustrated easily. I also supplement
with walking/jogging and other w/o videos.
