Hi my name is Kristi, I am 27 years old a mother of two boys ages 3.5 and 2, and I have a step-daughter age 9 and a wonderful husband. I have always lead an active life, I used to teach dance and coach cheerleading. Although, in college instead of gaining the freshman 10, I gained 20, but was quick to lose it when I moved back home and started teaching dance again. I have always lead an active life, I used to teach dance and coach cheerleading. Although, in college instead of gaining the freshman 10, I gained 20, but was quick to lose it when I moved back home and started teaching dance again. During my first pregnancy I taught dance up until my son was born and lost the weight pretty steadily. Shortly after, my husband and I decided to have another baby and I had quit teaching dance to be a stay at home mom with our first son. So with my second pregnancy, I ate what I wanted and was not exercising regulary. I was a busy mom finishing my paralegal certificate at night classes and gained 45 pounds after my second son was born, the weight did not come off. It has been a struggle for the last two years to loose the excess weight that I had gained. I joined a gym to try to loose the weight. My goal in 2006 was to continue to loose the weight until I reached at least 120. I saw 122 on the scale and was so excited that I was almost to my goal. I then started a job in 2006 as a paralegal in a family law firm and now sit at a desk and computer for 8 hours plus 2.5 to 3 hours of commute time per day of sitting with no regular excersing. I lost interest very quickly in the gym and found no variety in the workouts or machines. My husband and I debated on getting an eliptical trainer to workout at home with (anything to motivate me to workout!)and that's when I saw the infomercial for Turbo Jam and said this is it, this is the workout for me. I quickly fell in love with Turbo Jam. I have myself struggled with "finding the time" to workout. I realize that I need to make time to workout and be healthy and have self-confidence in my body. I now make no excuses. I just got to do it.

January 10, 2007 I have lost 2" total. 1" in my waist and 1" in my hips just these past few weeks of really comitting myself to my workout. February 1, 2007. I have lost 2.5 pounds in my first month. I'm very excited. February 5, I have lost an additional 1.5 pounds. 4 pounds TOTAL lost in one month! I am eating more, about 5 times a day. I always make sure I eat breakfast whereas before I often skipped meals. I eat veggies with my breakfast and have cut back on sugar. I work out to Turbo Jam 3-4x a week and the results are paying off.
