I am still in progress with reaching my goals and transforming my body into the finely tuned machine I would like to see it become. My personal goals are to gain good lean muscle mass. In high school I weighed 135lbs and in college 150lbs. I have come a long way since then, but I'm not there yet! My exercise habits have been something of a roller coaster, traveling and having a constantly changing schedule will do that, but I am determined to reach my goals and I know that I will do so! I will keep you posted as I continue to grow!
