INSANITY GRAD! Where's my T-Shirt, beachbody?

So I just finished Insanity and here are my results: Went from 221 to 207lbs, size 36 in jeans to 32, and from 15% to 11% in body fat. It was an insane, challenging, and superfun ride. I watched everything i ate and never missed one workout. I just did my binannual Physical Fitness test for the Air Force and got a 95 (which is VERY good), putting me at number 1 out of 53 on the list in my unit for most physically fit. Unfortunately i dont have a camera or a friend that i would feel comfortable taken pics of me half naked so i dont have any before after photos to show. But i do have a slight six pack now - very cool. Anyway, now that im done and got rid of that annoying double chin, im gonna hit up P90X starting next week and go for the muscles. Insanity is definitely the program if you got some weight to drop or if you wanna look more toned. But im your typical guy and so i want big strong arms, so im hitting the gym with P90X. Ill tell ya how that went when im done.
