Here I go starting over again. I home school so a lot of my day is spent sitting with my daughter at the lesson table. It has been just too easy to become lazy and not take responsibility for my health. I turned 50 this year and was surprised to see that I had gained weight. It happens when you're not paying attention. Its time to wake up and "smell the sweat". The goal is to lose 10 pounds and replace flab with muscle.
