43 years old , always on the run, working construction and also a disc jockey doing weddings and parties.
Live in Cocoa Beach Florida and love to surf.
I'm a surfer for 30 years and find it more and more difficult to paddle out with all the extra weight.
Just need to shag the fat !
Unfortunately I eat lots of food and drink a ton of mountain dew ! I'm a dew addict for sure !!!

Have high blood pressure and take medication for last 10 years its stable on medication but i really would like to get rid of it !! Dont drink, dont smoke, just eat !!! lol

The diet will be the hardest part for me !

I'm day one on the diet today is day 2 as i write this so
anyone who would like to email me with suggestions on overcoming eating i will listen !!
