Transformation story

I have just finished the Slim in 6 program and am very pleased with my progress. In six weeks, I lost 11 pounds and 8 1/2 inches. I look better and feel GREAT!

I have just finished the Slim in 6 program and am very pleased with my progress. In six weeks, I lost 11 pounds and 8 1/2 inches. I look better and feel GREAT!

I exercise in the mornings and put on my exercise clothes when I wake up - that way I feel I have to exercise before I take my shower and change for the day. Slim in 6 was hard at first - especially to my arms which were very sore. But, sticking with it made me get in great shape - I actually have triceps muscles now!

I have a lot more energy and when I went bike riding for the first time this year found it was easy to bike into town. I was not sore at all.

I encourage you to use the website for advice and support to help encourage you to reach your goals. All you have to do is order the tapes and then push play - you can do it because you are worth it!
