I found Beachbody through a friend who suggested Turbo Jam when I was having trouble losing the weight I gained while I was pregnant. Turbo Jam was just the beginning for me. After using the Turbo Jam program successfully for about four months I wanted to try Chalean Extreme. I went through 2 rounds of Chalean Extreme.
